Upon entering our spa you will be welcomed by a member of our guest relation team personnel and escorted to our locker room where you can store your personal belongings in a secure locker and change into a robe and slippers. Next relax in our tranquil room and enjoy our selection of healthy refreshments.Your therapist will greet you and escort you to your private treatment room that was designed for total comfort and relaxation.

At Image Creators, we respect your privacy and modesty. The therapist will leave the room if the treatment you're receiving requires disrobing. For massage treatments most guests undress completely, but you may wear under garments or a bathing suit if you prefer. All guests drape themselves with a large sheet for massage treatments. We offer gowns for all facial treatments, disposable under garments for waxing and body treatments or you may wear a bathing suit. The tranquil room is for your relaxation during your treatments at our spa.

All services at our spa are provided by licensed aestheticians and certified massage therapists. Our draping policy assures that your modesty is respected at all times. Men are requested to bring a bathing suit for all hydrotherapy services.

We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment for any spa service. This will allow you time to check in, receive your locker if needed, prepare for your service, complete a treatment record, and if necessary change into spa attire.

Time in the showers should not exceed 10 minutes

Many of our services are designed to compliment each other. Please ask a member of our guest relations team for combination suggestions.

Health experts recommend that you receive only one heat treatment per day. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins, high blood pressure, etc. should avoid all heat treatments and consult with a spa therapist prior to any such treatment. Following any of the heat treatments, it is important that you rest and not participate in any vigorous activity for at least one hour. Drink plenty of water two hours before and after heat treatments. Wait one hour after meals before a heat treatment.

We require that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medication you are taking as some services may be contra-indicated.

Massage will not be performed on women in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Reflexology massage will not be performed on women who are pregnant.

Locker rooms, robes, towels, shower slippers and private showers are included in all massage, facial, or body treatments.

Please arrive for spa services 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time allow time for spa forms if necessary and change into spa attire.
